Eric Kasmire serves as the COO of Shelton Plumbing in Georgetown, drawing on both his deep plumbing experience and the discipline he honed during his service in the United States Marines. His military background shaped his approach to leadership: calm under pressure, relentlessly prepared, and committed to doing the job correctly no matter how tough the conditions. At Shelton Plumbing, Eric oversees day to day operations with that same sense of accountability, making sure every technician is supported, trained, and equipped to deliver work that stands up to scrutiny.
